On Installing Ircle and EFNET Servers
Ircle is a Macintosh program to use IRC (Internet Relay Chat). For both
the PowerPC and 68K Mac.

Install
Ircle
Set Your Preferences
Load an EFNET Server From the List Below
Then type /join #submission and we will see you there!!!

(This is important since all the preloaded servers may not work with
all ISP's)
